Age is often an issue in every society. It is common to be judged just by age alone with a verdict coming in the form of statements such as “Sorry you are too young, come back in a few years’ time when you have gained more experience” or “Sorry you are too old, we cannot take the risk of taking on board someone of your age.” Your age is an easy way to limit you but often it’s more of a mindset than your actual age.
